Here are the rest of my calls for Week 13 action

BUFFALO (-6.5) over San Francisco

I will take a motivated Buffalo team at home against a San Francisco team off a win.  I don’t think the 49ers will know how to handle the success.

NY JETS (-9) over Denver

Why not?  The Jets are on a roll and the Broncos are sub-par football team this season.  Also,  I think Denver qualifies as a West Coast team traveling East and they are playing an early game.  That’s a bad formula for the visitor here.

TAMPA BAY (-3.5) over New Orleans

Tampa won the first meeting in New Orleans and I see no reason why they would not win the rematch in Tampa Bay.  Until New Orleans discovers defensive football,  they will be inconsistent.

Carolina v. Green Bay

Miami (-9) over ST. LOUIS

I will take a motivated Miami team off of a loss against a St. Louis team going nowhere.  The Rams have become pretty good at find ways to lose games and I have no interest in picking them and watching them pull a loss out of their %$# like they have so many times this season.

Cincinnati (+6.5) over Baltimore

Baltimore rushed for over 200 yards in the first meeting in Baltimore and only won by 7.  I am guessing that the Bengals will make some adjustments and they have to close the gap if that happens.  6.5 points may be too much.

Indianapolis (-4.5) over CLEVELAND

The Colts are in playoff mode while Cleveland is a weekly soap opera.  The Colts are playing catchup and that keeps them motivated each and every week.  I can’t see Cleveland staying with them here.

Atlanta (+5.5) over SAN DIEGO

I don’t like the Chargers laying more than a field goal against anyone.  Their lack of a pass rush against a proficient Matt Ryan scares me.  I think Atlanta can stay in this game if not win it and I feel only a field goal separates these two teams in this situation.
