Waxman Doesn’t Think a Hearing was Necessary?

I was just reading that Congressman Waxman, the gentleman who headed up the hearing with Clemens the other day doesn’t think a hearing was necessary. Huh? This is the Congressman who grilled Clemens harder than anyone else and he doesn’t think the hearing was necessary! I am losing my mind, I am. How do these people get elected to these positions? I think I know how, the people like Bill Gates and Warren Buffet are too busy earning money and changing our world, thus the people who don’t have a lot going on but are somewhat bright enough to speak well and make a good appearance get elected to public offices like this.

I think Bud Selig should be hung by his toenails for having this Mitchell Report done in the first place. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, positive has come out of this whole thing. The past is the past, MLB has a testing policy. All Selig did was keep a very negative part of baseball’s history in the public eye with no real good coming of it.
