    I was 1-1 in free acc college football picks last week taking a loss with Florida St. but winning with Clemson. My Game of the Week was a winner as Maryland defeated North Carolina.

No pick on this game because as you may or may not know,  I do not pick games involving my alma mater,  Miami.  Enjoy the game.

WAKE FOREST (-2) over Boston College
3:30 P.M. - Saturday

Wake Forest has kind of fumbled through their season and have ended up at 6-4 with a 4-3 record in the ACC.  Offense has been a challenge for them and they are coming off of an embarrassing loss to North Carolina St. in their last contest.  That should motivate them here.  They are also motivated by the fact that they lost to Boston College by 10 points at Chestnut Hill last season.  I think Wake Forest will be more up for this game as opposed to a Boston College team off of a big win over Florida St. with no hopes of winning the ACC Atlantic Division.

VIRGINIA (+2.5) over Clemson
12 P.M. est. - Saturday

Both teams are sitting at 5-5 right now and Virginia, the home team,  is coming in off of back to back losses to Miami and Wake Forest.  That should leave them motivated here.  Virginia loses this game and they have no shot of finishing over .500.  The Cavs need that sixth win to become bowl eligible and they would rather get it here than trying to get it against Virginia Tech on the road next week.  Look for the Cavs to go all out against a Clemson team that has underperformed all season long.  Clemson got the blowout win over Duke last week and they have not won back to back games since September.  Take Virginia.
